There are no known "natural" or "recreational" products that can help with fertility. There are a lot of myths about natural products and I'll try to debunk some of the myths. There are two types of sperm. Sperm cells can be made from either sperm from two males, or sperm from one male. Sperm that come from one male can be counted by its sperm count, or by its motility. Sperm can be found in the seminal fluid (the fluid from where semen is ejaculated) or in semen produced by a woman. Most people don't know how much semen a man has produced until it's time to have his semen counted, and that's when the real question about how much sperm is produced by a male is answered. A male's sperm count can be estimated by measuring the percentage of sperm in his testicles. A man's sperm count is about five percent of his total body weight. The testicles contain about 40 percent of a man's sperm. About a man's whole sperm count is contained in his seminal fluid.
